My Bio

Elmo Frazer is a higher education executive and EdTech leader with over two decades of experience bridging academic ideals with practical workforce needs. His career spans leadership roles in career-focused education, Nursing, Allied Health, and traditional academia, where he has built a reputation for strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Currently, Elmo serves as Senior Vice President for a Nursing and Allied Health college, maintaining operational oversight of the entire California market. Previously, he served as CEO of an early-stage EdTech company, leading product strategy, operational build-out, and go-to-market execution. He also had executive roles, including Vice President of Operations and Campus President, where he oversaw multi-campus operations, enrollment strategies, and accreditation for healthcare programs. Guided by the philosophy that "planning is bringing the future into the present," Elmo focuses on anticipating learner needs and designing systems that improve student outcomes. Earlier in his career, he served as a Director of Economic Development and Legal Advisor in the nonprofit sector. An alumnus of the University of the West Indies (Political Science & Law) and Northeastern University (M.Ed), Elmo has advised founders and boards on governance, strategy, and scaling educational impact.
